Data we collect

We collect what you choose to send us, plus limited technical data needed to operate the site.

• Contact details you submit: first and last name, email address, phone number and country code.
• Company information you submit: company name, size, stage, funding type, monthly revenue, industry and the needs you describe.
• Your email address, if you subscribe to updates through the footer form.
• Aggregated page views and performance metrics collected automatically through Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
• A language preference cookie (STALLAE_LOCALE) that remembers whether you chose English or Spanish.

How we use your data

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• Understand the scope of the work you need so we can size it accurately.
• Send you the updates you explicitly subscribed to.
• Measure aggregate site usage and performance so we can improve the site.
• Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Legal bases

We process personal data under the bases set out in the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018):

• Your consent, when you submit a form or subscribe to updates.
• Preliminary steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• Our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the site.
• Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookie we set ourselves is STALLAE_LOCALE, which stores your language choice and expires after one year.

Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights collect aggregated usage and performance data. They do not build individual advertising profiles.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us operate the site and respond to you, and only to the extent needed:

• Vercel — website hosting, analytics and performance monitoring.
• Resend — delivery of the emails we send in reply to your enquiry.
• Public authorities, when required by law or judicial order.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, if we end up working together, for the duration of the relationship plus the periods required by Brazilian tax and civil law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the LGPD you may, at any time:

• Confirm whether we process your data, and access it.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data.
• Request portability to another provider.
• Withdraw your consent.
• Be told which third parties we have shared your data with.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the data we handle, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access control, and providers that maintain recognised security practices. No system is completely immune to incidents; if a breach materially affects your rights, we will notify you and the ANPD as the law requires.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside Brazil. When that happens we rely on the transfer mechanisms permitted by the LGPD and require contractual safeguards equivalent to the protection offered here.

Children and adolescents

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children or adolescents. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the applicable law change. The date shown at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
